About EzyDrains Company
Hair catchers, sink strainers, stoppers, drain tools and drain covers, shipped free across Canada on orders of $150 or more.
We started EzyDrains Company for a simple reason. Drain parts are mostly sold by photo, and a photo cannot tell you whether a hair catcher will sit in your shower drain or whether a stopper will seal your bathroom sink. You find out when the parcel arrives. We wanted a shop where the size, the material and the fit come first.
Why we list size, material and fit
A drain part either fits the drain you have or it does not. So each product page lists the size, the material and the kind of drain the product is made for, with sizes in inches as the maker states them and millimetres in brackets where a figure is given. Measure your drain once, check it against the page, and buy the part that fits. Where a measurement is not published we say so and do not fill the gap.
We sell shower and tub hair catchers, kitchen sink strainers, sink and tub stoppers, drain snakes and augers, plungers, drain brushes and a sewer jetter kit, outdoor and floor drain covers, shower drain covers, gutter and downspout guards, and washing machine drain hoses. The category pages explain what to measure in each group. We sell tools and fittings. We do not sell chemical drain cleaners.
What you can do yourself, and what needs a plumber
Most of what we sell sits in or over a drain you already have, replaces a stopper or strainer, clears a blockage, or connects an appliance hose to an existing drain. Those are things a householder can use. Fixed plumbing work such as cutting, moving or connecting pipes should be done by a licensed plumber, and may need a permit where you live. A blockage in the sewer main under the street is the municipality's to clear, and if you live in a condo or apartment, ask the building manager before working on a shared drain.
A tight range, chosen carefully
We do not list hundreds of near-identical parts. We pick a small number in each category to cover the usual jobs around the house, from hair in the shower drain to leaves in the gutter. If a size you need is not on the page, ask us before you order and we will check it with the maker.
How we ship
Orders ship with a tracked courier, and delivery is free on orders of $150 or more (a flat $20 applies under $150). Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of the order date. Rural, remote and northern addresses can take a little longer.
Not sure which part fits your drain, or what to measure? Email us before you order at theteam@ezydrains.net and a real person will help, usually within one business day.
EzyDrains Company ships within Canada only. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are the full price you pay at checkout.
