The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and makers revise finishes, packaging and included fittings between production runs, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Sizes and materials are the figures published by the manufacturer.
Not plumbing advice
Our products are household drain products. Nothing on this site is plumbing advice. Fixed plumbing work such as cutting, moving or connecting pipes should be done by a licensed plumber, and may need a permit where you live. Products that sit in or over an existing drain, replace a stopper or strainer, clear a blockage, or connect an appliance hose to an existing drain are things a householder can use.
Measure before you order. Sizes are the maker's stated sizes, given in inches with millimetres in brackets where the maker gives a figure. If a job needs a licensed plumber, check the part with your plumber before ordering.
A blockage in the sewer main under the street is the municipality's to clear. If you live in a condo or apartment, ask the building manager before working on a shared drain.
